Step-by-Step: How to Use the "Qualify Buyer" Button

Before You Click — Required Data

To prevent automation failures, confirm the following fields are filled in on the contact record before qualifying:

  • First Name — Required for personalized messaging. If the contact is an LLC, use a representative first name or the primary contact's name.
  • Buyer Markets — Required to route the buyer into the correct market-based automations.

Qualification Steps

  1. Open the buyer's contact record in HighLevel.
  2. Confirm that First Name and Buyer Markets are populated.
  3. Click the "Qualify Buyer" button on the contact card.
  4. The system will automatically:
    • Assign the Qualified Buyer KPI to your user account.
    • Update the contact's status to "Active Qualified Buyer."
    • Reassign the contact to "Dispo Dan," which triggers the automation to add all Dispo agents as followers on the contact.

What If the Button Is Grayed Out?

The "Qualify Buyer" button is intentionally disabled if the contact is already tagged as "VIP" or "Active Qualified Buyer." No action is needed — these contacts are already in the qualified buyer workflow.

  • A dropdown will appear on buyer contact cards listing all active, unassigned deals.
  • Selecting a deal address pulls the property details from the deals server and sends them directly to the buyer.

One-Click Dispo — "Market Property" Button

  • Located on seller cards, this button will mass-market a property to all qualified buyers in the matching area with a single click.
  • Initial release will send: zip code, ARV, repair cost, and asking price.
  • Future iterations will include custom, personality-tailored messaging (e.g., professional tone, conversational/humorous tone) based on buyer profile data.
