What Happens After You Submit the Under Contract Form (TC's Role)

Once you submit that form, the ball moves to your TC. Here's what they're responsible for and what the timeline looks like:

As soon as the form is submitted, a new card appears in the TC's Welcome Call pipeline. From there, the TC's job is to call the seller to welcome them, schedule the property photos, wait for the photos to come in, get photos approved, and then move the deal to Send to Dispositions.

Once the TC moves the deal to Send to Dispositions, a Dispo agent gets assigned (either manually or through round robin) and the team starts finding a buyer.

If a deal feels like it's stalling after you submitted the form, check in with your TC and ask if they've completed the Welcome Call and scheduled photos. Those two things need to happen before the deal can move forward.
