Seller Signed!! Now What

This video walks you through exactly what to do the moment a seller signs so your team gets credit and the deal gets handed off to transactions and dispo as fast as possible.

Steps:

  1. Make sure the lead is assigned to you — if it says MayCloud, go to the Assign To field and select your name
  2. Hit Offer Made if you haven't already — this gets you credit for the offer
  3. Hit Under Contract — this triggers an automatic text and email to you with a form link
  4. Click the form link — it will pre-populate the seller's name and phone number
  5. Fill out the rest of the form — address, deal details, underwriting info. If you don't have something, type NA
  6. Hit Submit Deal Info

What happens after you submit:

  • The business owner gets notified
  • The TC gets notified and a new card is created in their Welcome Call pipeline
  • The Dispo assistant gets notified and starts pulling data on the deal
  • The deal shows up on your Company Overview Dashboard under Total Contracts and KPIs
  • It also appears on the Needs Photos board until photos are approved
  • Once photos are approved, it gets assigned to a dispo rep and moves to Send to Dispositions
