Mastering Your Dashboard and Lead Management in GoHighLevel

This video gives you a quick orientation of your dashboard and lead management area as an acquisitions rep.

Your Dashboard:

  • When you log in, go straight to the KPIs tab
  • Here you'll see your talk time, dials, and offers made for any date range you choose
  • Additional talk time and dials from Wavv will show up separately in the Wavv app

Your Lead Lists: There are 4 lists under the Leads tab — in priority order:

  1. Attack List — highest priority, work this first
  2. Drip Replies — people who responded to automated messages, work this second
  3. Cloud/Revival List — oldest leads, work this last
  4. My Leads — your personally assigned leads for extra follow-up

Working the Attack List:

  1. Click the top lead and hit Dial — don't read the notes first, don't prejudge the lead, just dial
  2. After the call, set the Status to tell the system what happened
  3. Use the Claim Lead button to assign the lead to yourself
  4. Use Release Lead to send it back to the pool
  5. In Drip Replies, hit Clear SMS after you've handled the reply to remove it from the list

Lead Layout:

  • Left side — all lead info
  • Middle — conversations (text, email, etc.)
  • Right side — notes, appointments, lead management actions
