How to Mark Deals as Cancelled in Our System

This video walks you through how to mark a deal as cancelled (lost) inside your New Contract Pipeline so it's removed from your active deal board and doesn't affect your tracking.

Steps:

  1. Go to your New Contract Pipeline in Opportunities
  2. Open the contact whose deal needs to be cancelled
  3. Click on the Status field and select Lost
  4. Choose the reason for cancellation from the dropdown (e.g. Fraudulent Seller, Not the Owner, etc.)
  5. Hit Update — the deal will be removed from your active board automatically

Once marked lost, your TC pipeline will only show open and active deals.
