How to Mark Deals as Cancelled in Our System
This video walks you through how to mark a deal as cancelled (lost) inside your New Contract Pipeline so it's removed from your active deal board and doesn't affect your tracking.
Steps:
- Go to your New Contract Pipeline in Opportunities
- Open the contact whose deal needs to be cancelled
- Click on the Status field and select Lost
- Choose the reason for cancellation from the dropdown (e.g. Fraudulent Seller, Not the Owner, etc.)
- Hit Update — the deal will be removed from your active board automatically
Once marked lost, your TC pipeline will only show open and active deals.
