Customize Dialing Lists for Owners and Admins
This video shows owners and admins how to create their own personal attack list so they don't accidentally call leads already being worked by their reps.
The Problem: When an admin loads the standard Attack List into Wavv, it pulls in leads assigned to all reps — not just their own. This video fixes that.
Steps:
- Go to your Attack List
- Click Customize List → Duplicate This List
- Name it something like [Your Name]'s Attack List and hit Create
- Go to Advanced Filtersand add the following owner filters:
- Owner is Me — shows leads assigned to you
- Owner is MayCloud — shows unclaimed leads available to everyone
- Hit Apply then Save Changes
Result: Your custom list will only show leads assigned to you or MayCloud — skipping over anything already claimed by your reps. You can now dial freely without stepping on anyone's toes.
