How to Effectively Upload and Manage Your Buyer List

This video walks you through how to upload a raw buyer list into GenieREI and set it up so your team can start marketing deals to the right buyers.

Steps:

1. Prepare your spreadsheet with at least: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and a Buyer Source column (PropStream, Batch Leads, InvestorBase, Zillow, Agent, Other, etc.)
2. Go to Contacts → Import and upload your file
3. Map your columns — First Name, Last Name, Phone, Buyer Source, and Zip Code
4. Select Don't import unmapped data
5. Add the tag buyer before importing — this automatically triggers the New Buyer Campaign which texts them to verify they're still active buyers
6. Add the zip code as a tag so your team can later filter buyers by area when working a specific deal

How it works after upload:

• The New Buyer Campaign runs in the background texting buyers to confirm they're still active
• Anyone who responds positively gets added to your Buyer Sonar List
• Your dispo agent works the Buyer Sonar List top to bottom, just like the Attack List
• Use the zip code tag to filter buyers by market when you have a specific deal to push
