Overview of the Updated Appointment Calendar System
This video explains the 3 calendars in GenieREI, what each one is for, and who should be using them.
The 3 Calendars:
1. Appointment for Follow-Up
- Use this when you want to remind yourself to call a seller at a specific time without notifying them
- Best for: uncertain next steps, or when you don't yet know if the next call will be an offer appointment
- Only notifies the closer — seller gets no reminder
- Does not move the lead forward in the pipeline
2. Appointment for Offer
- Use this when the intention is specifically to make an offer
- Automatically set to 30 minutes (vs 10 for follow-up) since the call will likely be longer
- Moves the lead to the Appointment for Offer stage in your pipeline and dashboard
- For setters: book it to MayCloud so all closers can see it and whoever is free calls it first
- For closers: deselect everyone else and assign it to yourself
- Sends the seller a reminder
3. Appointment Setter Calendar
- For lead managers/appointment setters only
- When a revival list lead says call me back later, book it here
- Puts the lead at the top of the Revival List at the booked time — keeps setters in their list without mixing into the closer's Attack List
Booking Tips:
- If no time slots show up, hit Custom to manually choose a date and time
- Always confirm the appointment length before hitting Book
