Resolving Access Issues for the Attack List
This video shows you how to fix it when a team member can't see the Attack List.
Steps:
- Go to your Attack List
- Click Manage Smart Lists at the top
- Click the Share button next to the Attack List
- Check who has access — make sure all your closers are toggled on
- If someone is missing, toggle them back on to restore their access
- Remove anyone who shouldn't have access (e.g. non-closers)
That's usually all it takes — someone accidentally unchecked a user from the sharing settings.
If toggling access back on doesn't fix it, there may be a deeper issue — reach out to the team for further support.
