Your 7 Smart Lists — What They Are and How They Work
GenieREI has 7 smart lists built right into your Contacts tab. Each one is automatically populated — you don't have to manually add leads to them. Here's what each list is for:
My Leads shows you every active lead that's assigned to you and isn't Under Contract or marked as lost. If you're an admin, you'll see everyone's leads. If you're a closer, you'll only see your own. It's your personal active pipeline at a glance.
Attack List is your highest-priority calling list as a closer. It has three tiers of priority: first are any due appointments (someone you booked time with), second are brand new leads that have never been called, and third are leads currently in Negotiating status. The list only shows leads assigned to you. By default it shows leads within a 10-day window — your admin can extend this to 14 days or more if the team is moving fast.
Revival List is for Lead Managers, not closers. It's a list of aged leads that have gone quiet and need a fresh attempt. Lead Managers call these and try to revive interest, transfer live to a closer, or book an appointment that lands at the top of the closer's Attack List.
Drip Responses shows anyone who has replied to an automated drip campaign. These are warm touches — someone engaged with a message, so they deserve a real follow-up conversation.
Missed Calls catches brand new callers who called your acquisition number, weren't already in the system, and the call was missed. Without this list, those people would slip through the cracks entirely.
Buyer Sonar shows buyers who responded positively to your initial outreach message. These are warm buyers actively signaling interest — your Dispo team should be working this list.
Qualified Buyers is your vetted buyer database. These are buyers who have been called and confirmed as active. When you have a deal to market, you filter this list by Buyer Market to find the right buyers for that property.
