Proper Market Number Usage Tutorial

This video explains how to make sure you're calling leads from the correct phone number for each market.

The Rule: Every market has its own phone number. Before you dial a list, your default number in Wavv must match that market.

Steps:

1. Check which market you're about to call (e.g. Tulsa, Omaha)
2. Go to Wavv Dialer → Settings
3. Change your Default Number to the matching market number (e.g. Connor Tulsa number for Tulsa leads)
4. Load your leads and start dialing
5. When you finish that market's list, before moving to the next market — go back to Settings and swap your default number to match the next market
6. Then load the next list and dial

Priority Order:

• Work lists in order from first to last
• Scheduled callbacks always take priority
• Make sure every market gets covered — don't skip a list

Note: This is a temporary workaround — automatic number matching by market is planned for a future update.
