How to Triple Dial on Single Line Dialer

This video covers how to manually triple dial when using the single line dialer, and when to switch to multi-line mode.

Single Line Dialing (Attack List):

  1. Set your Ring Timeout to 6 (or up to 8 if you prefer more ring time)
  2. Each ring is about 6 seconds — at 10 rings that's a full minute of ringing
  3. If the dialer doesn't automatically stop before moving to the next lead, manually hang up on the 4th or 5th ring
  4. Dial them again, hang up again, dial a third time — that's your triple dial
  5. After the third attempt with no answer, move to the next lead

Multi-Line Dialing (Revival/Cloud List only):

  1. Turn on Multiple Line Dialing
  2. Turn on Double Dial and hit Confirm — this automatically sets ring timeout to 3
  3. The dialer will burn through leads quickly — this is intentional for the cloud list
  4. Turn multi-line off when you go back to single line dialing on your Attack List
