Setting Up Your Wavv Dialer

This video walks you through configuring your Wavv Dialer settings so you're ready to start calling.

Steps:

1. Click Wavv Dialer in the left menu at the bottom
2. Go to Settings → Dialer Settings
3. Set your Default Number to your primary phone number
4. Turn on Local Presence — this matches your outbound number to the area code you're calling
5. Set Ring Timeout to 3
6. Make sure Triple Dial is on — if no answer, dial again, and again, then move on
7. Keep Multiple Line Dialing off unless you're working the Revival/Cloud list — turn it on for that list only since it's a high volume power dial mode
8. Set calling hours to 8am–9pm Central Standard Time
9. Turn on Auto Save Recordings
10. Set audio source to Computer Audio and make sure it plays through your headset
11. Leave Voicemails set to None — voicemails make it too easy for people to block your number on newer iPhones
12. Record a Callback Message in your own voice — this plays when two people answer at the same time so the second person hears you and stays next in queue instead of going to the end of the list
13. Scan the QR code under Mobile Setup to get the app on your phone
