Wavv – Setting Up Your Callback Message for Effective Dialing

This video shows you how to record a callback message in Wavv so you never lose a lead when two people answer at the same time during triple line dialing.

Why you need this: When two contacts answer simultaneously on the triple line dialer, one gets dropped. Without a callback message, that dropped contact goes to the back of the list. With one set up, they hear your message and get automatically queued as your very next call.

Steps:

  1. Go to Wavv Dialer → Settings
  2. Scroll down to Callback Message
  3. Click Add → Record New
  4. Click the microphone to begin recording
  5. Record your message — make it sound natural, like you can't hear them, not like a pre-recorded message

Example script: "Hey, this is [your name]. Hey, I don't know if you can hear me but I can't hear you — I'll give you a call right back."

  1. Title it something simple like your name and a number (e.g. Connor 1)
  2. Hit Save

Key tip: Make it sound as believable as possible — the goal is for them to think you're actually on the line but having trouble hearing them, not that they're getting a recorded message.
