Wavv Call Loading Tutorial

This video shows you how to load leads into your Wavv dialer and work through them correctly.

Steps:

1. Go to your Contacts page and open the list you want to call (e.g. New Leads)
2. To call specific leads — select them individually, then click Load into Power Dialer
3. To call the entire list — click Select All then Load into Power Dialer
4. When prompted, click Always Allow
5. Once loaded, hit Dial to start
6. After each call attempt — hit Redial and let it ring all the way through, then redial again for a total of 3 attempts before moving on
7. After triple dialing, hit Resume to move to the next lead
8. Add notes on the right side panel during or after each call
9. You can also send a quick text from the dialer if needed
10. When finished with your list, hit Close Dialer

Key Rule: Always dial each lead 3 full times before moving on — let it ring all the way through each time, don't hang up early.
